These Terms of Service apply to your use of our website, products, and services. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About YuMi:
YuMi is an online kids clothing store based in Pakistan. We offer children’s clothing, including T-shirts, sets, jeans, trousers, shorts, sweatshirts, and seasonal styles for boys and girls.

Use of Our Website:
You may use our website for personal shopping and browsing only. You must not use our website for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity, including misuse of content, spamming, hacking, or attempting to disrupt the website.

Product Information:
We try our best to display product details, colors, prices, sizes, and availability accurately. However, slight color differences may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, or fabric dye batches.

Product availability can change without prior notice. We reserve the right to update, modify, discontinue, or remove any product at any time.

Pricing:
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the price or cancel the affected order.

Orders:
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, cancel, or verify any order at our discretion.

Our team may contact you through phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

Payment:
We may offer Cash on Delivery, online payment, or other payment options depending on availability. Orders must be paid according to the selected payment method.

Shipping and Delivery:
We deliver orders across Pakistan. Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 working days after confirmation.

Delivery may take longer during sales, holidays, courier delays, weather issues, or high order volume.

Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 3,000.

Exchange and Return:
Items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags/packaging.

Most exchanges are handled through door-to-door courier service for customer convenience.

For returns, the customer is responsible for sending the parcel back to YuMi, because return is a one-way process.

If the wrong item, damaged item, or defective item was sent due to a mistake from our side, YuMi will bear the return shipping charges as well.

Order Cancellation:
YuMi may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, customer information is incomplete, payment is not received where required, or the order appears suspicious or incorrect.

Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it may need to be handled under our exchange and return process.

Intellectual Property:
All website content, including product photos, text, logos, graphics, banners, designs, and layout, belongs to YuMi or is used for YuMi’s store presentation.

You may not copy, reproduce, reuse, sell, or distribute our website content, product photos, or designs without permission.

Third-party names, characters, logos, or trademarks, if referenced or visible in any product or content, belong to their respective owners. YuMi respects intellectual property rights. If you believe any content or product raises an intellectual property concern, please contact us at info@yumi.pk so we can review it.

User Reviews and Comments:
Customers may submit reviews, feedback, or comments about products and services.

By submitting a review or comment, you allow YuMi to display, use, and share that content for store, marketing, or customer service purposes.

We may remove reviews or comments that are abusive, offensive, fake, spam, unrelated to the product, contain private information, or violate any law. We do not remove genuine customer feedback only because it is negative.

Limitation of Liability:
YuMi is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products, delays, courier issues, or customer misuse of products.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights that customers may have under applicable law.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without prior notice.
