Exchange & Return Policy

Items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags/packaging.

Exchange:
You may request an exchange for size, color, or style, subject to availability.

Most exchanges are handled through door-to-door courier service for customer convenience.

Return:
If you want to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery through WhatsApp or email.

For returns, the customer is responsible for sending the parcel back to YuMi, because return is a one-way process.

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Item:
If you receive the wrong item, damaged item, or defective item due to a mistake from our side, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos.

If the mistake is from our side, YuMi will bear the return shipping charges as well.

Shipping Charges:
For size change, color change, style change, or customer preference exchange/return, delivery charges may apply.

Non-Returnable Items:
Used, washed, damaged, altered, or tag-removed items cannot be exchanged or returned.
